Our story

A real sushi chef. A real Asian menu.

Opened in November 2025 by Vincent with his family, already seasoned in the restaurant trade, Sushi & Nem brings a rare level of craft to Thonon: authentic Japanese rice, forged knives, fish delivered daily, and twenty years behind the counter. Everything is homemade, every day.
